<p>Disclosed is a new cleaning device for a pipeline significantly improving workability. The present invention comprises: a housing having a penetration hole; a cleaning water supply pipe installed to protrude outward; a first 3-way connector where a cleaning water inlet pipe is fitted and coupled to a branched portion of one side and a compressed air inlet pipe is fitted and coupled to the branched portion of the other side; a second 3-way connector where a venture nozzle is fitted and coupled to the branched portion of one side and a pipe connector is fitted and coupled to the branched portion of the other side; a solenoid valve controlling to enable the cleaning water to be intermittently supplied; a rotating injection nozzle enabling the cleaning water to be swirled and be strongly injected; a third 3-way connector; a fourth 3-way connector; a bypass pipe enabling compressed air and the cleaning water to be supplied to the pipe side; and a control unit controlling to enable the solenoid valve to be opened and closed at constant time intervals.</p>
