The liquid crystal cell lens panel (200) comprises a first substrate (201), a second substrate (202), a liquid crystal layer (203), and a control circuit. Shading components (2022) are arranged on the second substrate (202) at positions corresponding to strip-shaped electrodes (2011) of the first substrate (201). The widths of the shading components (2022) are less than the widths of the spacing blocks (101).
