PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide pin piercing jig capable of piercing a plurality of guide pins of a hollow drill at appropriate sites of a living body bone in parallel to each other in an appropriate direction for forming a bone hole with rectangular or oval opening shape suited to tendon graft.SOLUTION: A guide pin piercing jig 10 comprises a frame 1 having a positioning protrusion 1i at the tip end, and a cylinder 2. The cylinder 2: includes a plurality of parallel guide pin insertion cylinder portions 2a and 2a and tentative fixing means 2d and 2d; and is slidably fitted to a fitting part 1g of the rear end of the frame 1 facing the tip end of the frame 1. The tip end of the frame 1 is positioned at an appropriate site of a living body bone by the positioning protrusion 1i, and pierces a plurality of guide pins 3 and 3 from the rear ends of the plurality of guide pin insertion cylinder portions 2a and 2a of the cylinder 2 in the living body bone in the appropriate direction till reaching the tip end of the frame 1. |
