PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve printing, which is performed by transferring an ink coated on a transfer medium to a printing object by a further suitable method.SOLUTION: A printing method for performing printing by transferring an ink coated on a transfer medium 10 to a printing object 20 comprises a coating stage in which a non-stretchable sheet-like member is used as the transfer medium 10 and the ink is coated on the transfer medium 10, a transfer stage in which the ink on the transfer medium 10 is transferred to the printing object 20, and a fixation stage in which the ink is fixed onto the printing object 20. In the transfer stage, an elastic sheet member 204, which is a sheet-like member having elasticity, is used, and the elastic sheet member 204 is pressed in the state that the transfer medium 10 is sandwiched between the printing object 20 and the elastic sheet member 204, whereby the ink on the transfer medium 10 is transferred to the printing object 20. |
