PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio device which enables the materialization of highly stabilized transmit frequencies while suppressing the rise in the cost of a radio device, and the increase in circuit scale.SOLUTION: A radio device comprises: a signal generation part for generating two kinds of modulation signals from modulation signals; a voltage-control oscillator for modulating one of the kinds of modulation signals by reference signals; and a reference-frequency generation loop for generating the reference signals based on the other kind of modulation signals. The reference-frequency generation loop includes: a reference oscillator for generating reference clocks; an oscillator for correction for generating reference frequency signals following the reference clocks based on the other kind of modulation signals; and a reference signal generation part for generating the reference signals based on phase difference signals between the reference frequency signals from the oscillator for correction, and loopback signals from the voltage-control oscillator. |
