In this light-emitting device substrate (2): a light-reflecting surface covered by an alumite layer (12) is formed at the surface at one side of a substrate (14); a glass-based insulating body layer (11) and an electrode pattern (5, 6) provided on the first insulating layer (11) are formed at a region not covered by the alumite layer (12) at the surface at one side of the substrate (14); and a glass-based insulating body layer (13) is formed at least at the surface at the other side of the substrate (14) opposing the surface at the one side of the substrate (14). As a result, it is possible to achieve a light-emitting device substrate provided concomitantly with high reflectance, high heat radiation properties, insulating resistance to voltage, and long-term reliability, and furthermore has superior mass-production characteristics. |
