The present invention relates to a novel compound including an amide bond and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the novel compound is useful as monomers of polymer polymerization and is used as co-monomers in a process of polymerizing polyethylene isophthalate while inducing a hydrogen bond in polymer chains of polyethylene isophthalate or between polymer chains, thereby reducing cyclic compounds which are by-products and improving physical properties of polyethylene isophthalate.
