Disclosed in one embodiment of the present invention is a test result management system of a field inspection device, capable of visual identification, the system comprising: a field inspection device holding unit capable of holding the field inspection device; a photographing unit for photographing the field inspection device provided to the field inspection device holding unit; and a communication unit for transmitting, to an electronic medical record (EMR) server, an image of the field inspection device photographed by the photographing unit.
