The present invention provides a data writing technology. A first controller receives a first writing request carrying first data, a first writing address and an LUN ID; the first controller applies for locking the writing permission of the first writing address of the LUN; after obtaining the writing permission of the first writing address, the first controller writes the first data into the first controller according to the first writing request, and transmits to a second controller a first writing sub-request that carries the same content with the writing request; and the first controller releases the locked writing permission of the first writing address after writing the first data completely and receiving a writing success response message of the first writing sub-request.
