METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GOLF CLUB HEAD HAVING ULTRATHIN CAP

A method for manufacturing a golf club head (1) having an ultrathin cap; in the golf club head (1) cavity, an area to be abraded has a grinding rotor having abrasive (2) on the surface; the golf club head (1) is externally provided with a high-speed rotating working shaft (6); a rotating working shaft end corresponding to the grinding rotor is provided with drive magnets (4); the drive magnets (4) of the rotating working shaft (6) are driven by a drive device to enable the grinding rotor to rotate synchronously; and the rotating grinding rotor performs multipoint thinning abrasion of the cavity thickness in the golf club head area to be abraded (1). The method realizes uniform thinning of a club head and achieves automated control.
