PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole that is easy to bend, that has a step-on part easily following up movement of a foot, and that easily materializes correct walking, and to provide a shoe having the sole.SOLUTION: At least in a step-on part 3 of a sole 1, a bending part 6 is formed that makes walking easy. The bending part 6 is composed of both or either one of grooves 7 and holes that are formed on the sole 1 and a bending thin part 10 that is thereby formed thinner than other parts of the sole 1. The thickness of the bending thin part 10 is thinner in the inner side in the sole width direction (shoe width inner side 9) than in the outer side in the sole width direction (shoe width outer side 8). The bending part 6 is formed using the bending thin part 10 that is made thinner than other parts of the sole 1 and using spaces between two or more sole projections that are projectingly provided in the bending thin part 10. The thickness of the bending thin part 10 is thinner in the shoe width inner side 9 than in the shoe width outer side 8. |
