PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly reproduce page data on a desired reproduction position on a recording medium in hologram recording for recording an interference pattern between signal light and reference light as page data.SOLUTION: An optical information recording/reproducing apparatus includes: a laser light source for generating signal light and reference light; a light angle control part for controlling an incident angle of the reference light on a recording medium; a light detection part for detecting diffraction light when the reference light is applied to the recording medium; a positioning part for allocating an address to the recording medium and positioning the recording medium in the address; a tilt measurement part for measuring a tilt of the recording medium; and a control part for controlling the incident angle of the reference light by the light angle control part during reproduction on the basis of a tilt measurement result in recording which is stored in a storage part and measured by the tilt measurement part.
