摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve energy saving in a facility and a cooling method for the facility.SOLUTION: A facility includes: a plurality of valves 14 to 16 which are respectively provided in a plurality of pipelines 11 to 13 passing through electronic apparatus units 6 to 8, and individually adjusts valve travels of the plurality of electronic apparatus units 6 to 8 to individually make typical temperatures of the electronic apparatus units 6 to 8 be close to set temperatures; a water supply pump 25 which is provided on either of a water delivery pipe 3 and water return pipe 4 and supplies cooling water C; and a control unit 32 for controlling valve travels of the plurality of valves 14 to 16 and rotation speed of the water supply pump 25. The control unit 32 controls the rotation speed of the water supply pump 25 by identifying an electronic apparatus unit having the highest operation rate among the electronic apparatus units 6 to 8 and making valve travels of the valves 14 to 16 corresponding to the identified electronic apparatus unit 6 to 8 be larger than the present one, in order to make a typical temperature of the identified electronic apparatus unit 6 to 8 be close to the set temperature.</p>
