PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occupation space of an electric motor, an inverter device, and a cable which are mounted on a vehicle body. ! SOLUTION: An inverter device 26 for electric motor is fitted integrally above an electric motor 22 which constitutes a swivel device 20, and a cable 32 which connects the inverter device 26 for electric motor and the electric motor 22 together is arranged extending vertically along a left side face 26F of an inverter casing 26A and an outer peripheral surface 22E of an electric motor casing 22A. Consequently, spaces that the inverter device 26 for electric motor, the electric motor 22, and the cable 32 occupy can be put together in one place. The space that the electric motor 22 and inverter device 26 for electric motor occupy can be reduced as compared with, for example, an arrangement of the electric motor 22 and inverter device 26 for electric motor separately in two places. !
