PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a gas sensor which is caused by the confinement of a poisoning substance inside a housing. ! SOLUTION: A gas concentration measuring device includes: a measuring unit 183 that measures the concentration of alcohol on the basis of a semiconductor alcohol sensor 17 that outputs an electric signal according to the concentration of alcohol contained in the expired air of a subject; a clocking unit 182 that measures an elapsed time from a time when the measuring unit 183 measures the concentration of alcohol; and a notification unit 184 that, if the semiconductor alcohol sensor 17 is blocked from the outside air when the elapsed time measured by the clocking unit 182 does not satisfy a predetermined ventilation time, issues a notification that urges to expose the semiconductor alcohol sensor 17 to the outside air. !
