PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet capable of improving adhesion workability to an elastic foam body. ! SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive sheet 1 having adhesive layers 21 and 22 having a thickness of 80 μm or more, wherein the adhesive layers comprise an acryl-based polymer as a base polymer and a tackifying resin comprising a rosin-based resin having a softening point of 125°C or less and/or a terpene resin and the content of the tackifying resin is less than 20 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the acryl-based polymer. In addition, the adhesive layers preferably are formed of an adhesive composition containing a solvent chiefly containing an aqueous solvent and/or ethyl acetate.
