PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fastening of an elastic member of a mount member to a mount bracket on the opposite side in a twisted state to prevent deterioration of vibration control performance of the mount member, to improve durability of the mount bracket, and to further reduce weight of the mount bracket in a fastening structure of a power train mount. ! SOLUTION: A fitting hole 45 for fitting an engine component to a mount member 19 is formed in a fitting stay bolt. The fitting stay bolt is arranged at an upper part of an inner cylinder part 22 of the mount member 19 and an upper part of a plane part of the inner cylinder part 22.
