PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press molding apparatus which shortens cycle time of press molding to improve productivity, and hot press molding equipment including the press molding apparatus. ! SOLUTION: A press molding apparatus includes: a first stationary die 11 having a molding surface; a second stationary die 12 disposed spaced apart from the first stationary die 11 and having a molding surface; and a movable mold 13 which is provided so as to be slidable between the first stationary die 11 and the second stationary die 12, and which has a molding surface that holds a metal plate between itself and the molding surface of the first stationary die 11 to perform press molding, and a molding surface that holds a metal plate between itself and the molding surface of the second stationary die 12 to perform press molding. !
