<p>The present invention is to provide a display device which has a capacitive element which has high opening ratio and can increase a capacity value, and can realize slimness of bezel. The display device comprises: a gate electrode on a substrate; an oxide semiconductor film overlapped with the gate electrode; a gate insulation film in contact with one side of the oxide semiconductor film; and a pair of conductive films in contact with the oxide semiconductor film. The capacitive element comprises a metal oxide film on the gate insulation film and in contact with one side of the conductive films; an inorganic insulation film; and a first conductive film having transparency on the inorganic insulation film. A pixel electrode is formed with a second conductive film having transparency, and is in contact with one side of the conductive films. A first gate line as a gate electrode is connected to select three sub pixels among four sub pixels. A second gate line is connected to select the other sub pixel and select one sub pixel in a next row.</p> |
