The present invention relates to a method and a system of collaboration for a commercial and offshore project using workflow. In a commercial and offshore project, a main agent who starts designing a vessel changes depending on the situation; a person in charge of documents delivers documents to other people in charge according to content in the documents; those in charge delivered with the documents perform additional process according to a variable participation environment requesting reviews to other people in charge and the team or work environment when necessary. And the present invention comprises a server which executes workflow according to indicated information in each terminal and database for storing information on the workflow and information about the documents for work process. Therefore, transparency in work can be acquired because a work situation can be checked on a board all the time.
