<p>Suggested is a light emitting diode which includes a transparent conductive layer, capable of improving an optical effect by suppressing the diffusion of a component of a reflection layer, improving adhesion with a light emitting structure, and preventing the reflection layer from being affected by an environment. The diode includes the transparent conductive layer which is stacked on the light emitting structure which includes a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer and includes a bottom part and a sidewall part to have a receiving groove which receives the reflection layer.</p> |
