The present invention relates to composition for preventing obesity including unsaponifiable matter derived from rice bran and, more specifically, a food composition for preventing or improving obesity including unsaponifiable matter derived from rice bran as active ingredients and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity wherein the composition including unsaponifiable matter derived from rice bran has good activity for anti-obesity and can be used in food products and drugs for preventing, improving or treating diseases related to directly or indirectly obesity.
