The present invention relates to a measuring instrument and a system for assisting exercise including: more than two electrodes in contact with a user body to give a current to the body: a body fat measuring unit which measures an electrical resistance value of the user body by the current flowing between the electrodes and generates a body fat measurement signal; a data signal output unit which converts the body fat measurement signal into a digital data signal and outputs the digital data signal; and a smart device which is connected to the measuring instrument for exercise assistance having a Bluetooth module transmitting the digital data signal of the data output unit to a paired smart device through Bluetooth communications. |
