PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for a display device, which has an adhesive layer mainly composed of a resin having adhesion and gas barrier properties or water vapor barrier properties and being in excellent in gas permeability and transparency.SOLUTION: The laminate for a display device is provided, which has the adhesive layer containing a resin (A) having two or more hydroxyl groups as functional groups in one molecule and an isocyanate compound (B) having two or more isocyanate groups as functional groups in one molecule. The adhesive layer may contain a plate-like inorganic compound (C1) or a light-blocking agent (C2) capable of blocking light having a wavelength of 350 nm or less.
