PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller exchange device capable of exchanging an impeller disposed on a mechanical agitation type desulfurization facility with a novel impeller with correct centering.SOLUTION: The impeller exchange device comprises: a base 2 capable of being disposed directly below a rotation drive shaft; a first slider 3 disposed on the base 2 and capable of moving in front and rear directions of the base 2; and a second slider 4 disposed on the first slider 3 and capable of moving in a direction crossing the direction where the first slider 3 moves. The second slider 4 comprises: a top plate 4a whose top surface is an impeller mount surface; and at least four guide plates 4b disposed on the top surface of the top plate 4a in a standing posture, and defining and forming a novel impeller disposing area M of a novel impeller to be exchanged in the inside by cooperation with the top plate. The guide plates 4b comprise an inclination wall 5 for gradually expanding an area of the disposing area M toward its top part opening end.
