PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment capable of, even when the start program of each of a plurality of CPU is stored in an auxiliary storage device which does not permit a plurality of simultaneous access, preferentially shortening a start time based on the start program by one specific CPU, and also shortening a start time based on the start program by the other CPU.SOLUTION: An NAND device controller of an MFP(Multifunction Peripheral) is configured to load a start program for a sub-CPU by DMA transfer from an NAND device (S134), and to, when the transfer of at least a part of a start program for a main CPU from the NAND device is instructed from a main CPU (S135: YES), temporarily stop the loading of the start program for the sub-CPU (S136), and to, when the transfer (S137)instructed from the main CPU is ended, resume the loading of the start program for the sub-CPU (S138). |
