PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a power supply control circuit capable of bottom detection at a zero cross point or in resonance operation by monitoring, with a simple configuration, current flowing in a coil while performing quasi resonance at the coil; and a power supply device to which the power supply control circuit is applied.SOLUTION: There are provided a power supply control circuit 2 and power supply device 4 to which the power supply control circuit 2 is applied. The power supply control circuit 2 comprises: a detection circuit 32 connected to a drain of a MOSFETQconnected in series between an inductance Lconnected to an AC line and a current sense resistor Rconnected to ground potential; and a quasi resonance control circuit 30 which is connected to the detection circuit 32 and MOSFETQand is capable of performing quasi resonance control of inductance current Iconducted through the inductance Lon the basis of output of the detection circuit 32 at a zero cross point or bottom timing at discharge timing of the inductance current I. |
