PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous machine control device capable of improving control stability when operating in a synchronous PWM method.SOLUTION: The synchronous machine control device converts a DC voltage into a PWM voltage to apply the same to a synchronous machine. The synchronous machine control device includes: a rotor position detector 15 that estimates or detects a rotor position of the synchronous machine; current detection means 14 that detects a current flowing on the synchronous machine; a current controller 12 that calculates voltage command values Vd* and Vq* based on current detection values iu, iv and iw detected by the current detection means 14 and current command values id* and iq*; a voltage command phase calculator 16 that calculates the voltage command phase &thetas;v based on a current command value and a rotor position; a PWM generation section 13 that generates a PWM voltage based on the voltage command phase, the rotor position, the DC voltage and a voltage command value. With this, the stability of current control in the synchronous PWM method is improved. |
