PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a unified content distribution using a right of use separately and independently managed by a plurality of management devices.SOLUTION: A user Uj is configured to have access to right-of-use management devices 200(1), 200(2), ... run by business operators Z1, Z2, ... by using a terminal 400(j), and acquire a right of use of a desired content. Personal information on the user Uj or right-of-use acquisition information thereon is separately and independently managed by an individual right-of-use management device. A distribution control device 300 is configured to; receive access from the terminal 400(j); perform inquiry with respect to each right-of-use management device 200; acquire the right-of-use acquisition information about the user Uj; and, out of contents inside a distribution processing device 100, transmit a list of contents usable by the user Uj to the terminal 400(j). When the user Uj requests a desired content from the list, a content C according to the request is configured to be distributed to the terminal 400(j) from the distribution processing device 100. |
