PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion aerosol composition which is easy to emulsify an aqueous undiluted solution with a liquefied gas in production, and is easy to handle, and further hardly causes caking and easily re-emulsifies even if standing for a long period of time. ! SOLUTION: The invention provides an emulsion aerosol composition which contains an aqueous undiluted solution containing a surfactant and powders, and a liquefied gas. In the composition, the aqueous undiluted solution and the liquefied gas are emulsified, and the powder exists between the aqueous undiluted solution and the liquefied gas under the condition that the aqueous undiluted solution and the liquefied gas are separated. !
