Provided are a perfluoroelastomer that has exceptional low-temperature characteristics, does not lose its utility value as rubber, and does not give rise to lowered productivity; a perfluoroelastomer composition; a crosslinked rubber product; and a method for manufacturing the perfluoroelastomer. The perfluoroelastomer contains structural units (a) based on tetrafluoroethylene, structural units (b) based on a perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether represented by formula (1) (e.g., perfluoromethyl vinyl ether), and structural units (c) based on a perfluoro-oxa-alkyl vinyl ether represented by formula (2) (e.g., CF2=CFOCF2CF2OCF2CF2OCF2CF3).
