<p>Disclosed is a safe three-channel laryngeal mask. The laryngeal mask (200) also comprises a pressure gauge (3) for quantifying and detecting the balloon pressure, wherein the pressure gauge (3) is in communication with the balloon (201). The laryngeal mask (200) also comprises a check valve (2), wherein the check valve (2) is also in communication with the balloon (201). An airway catheter (209), an esophagus catheter (208) and an instrumental catheter (207) are respectively provided inside a channel catheter (202), wherein the machine end (2091) of the airway catheter (209) is connected to a standard interface of a respirator and the opening of the patient end (205) of the airway catheter (209) is provided corresponding to the airway opening of the human body; the machine end (2081) of the esophagus catheter (208) is provided with an esophagus instrumental opening which is accessible to an esophagus instrument and the opening of the patient end (203) of the esophagus catheter (208) is provided corresponding to the esophagus opening of the human body; and the machine end (2071) of the instrumental catheter (207) is provided with an airway instrumental opening which is accessible to an airway instrument and the opening of the patient end (204) of the instrumental catheter (207) is provided corresponding to the airway opening of the human body. The present invention improves the safety performance of the laryngeal mask (200) and enables medical staff to use the laryngeal mask (200) more conveniently, more securely and more widely.</p> |
