摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a solar power generating device, and more specifically, to a solar power generating device for reducing wind pressure which has a ventilation hole at a center of the arrangement of solar panels which forms a tilt angle such that when strong wind blows at excessive wind velocity, the heat collection temperature on a solar panel is increased, or the solar panel is desired to be washed, the ventilation hole can be opened. The solar power generating device according to the present invention comprises: a frame (50) which maintains a predetermined height and angle of the solar panels (10) and which is fixed to a rooftop of a structure or onto the ground; the solar panels (10) which are coupled to the frame (50) and arranged in a plurality of arrangements; an anemometer (30) which is coupled to one side part of the frame (50) and measures a wind direction and wind velocity; a vibration sensor (60) of which at least one is attached to the frame (50) and which measures a vibration of the solar panels (10); the ventilation hole (20) which is arranged on the same line as the solar panels (10), disposed at a central part of the arrangements of the solar panels (10), and functions as a wind hole; and a control part which controls the opening and closing of the ventilation hole (20). In spite of a simple structure of the ventilation hole and cheap additional installation costs, power generation efficiency of the solar panels can be uniformly maintained and the device can be reliably washed by manpower.</p>
