In the present invention, provided are a core material for vacuum insulation panel, a vacuum insulation panel and a method for manufacturing a core material for vacuum insulation panel, comprising the steps of a core material fabric transferring step which transfers core material fabric to manufacture vacuum insulation panel; a molding core material fabric forming step which passes the core material fabric in a molding part and accordingly forms grooves on the core material fabric; and a drying step which dries the molded core material fabric.
