The present invention is to provide an organic light emitting display device capable of sensing the threshold voltage of a switching transistor having a pixel. An organic light emitting display device according to the present invention may include a display panel which includes pixels which has a first switching transistor, a second switching transistor, a driving transistor, and an organic light emitting device; a column driving part which senses the threshold voltage of one of the first and the second switching transistor and the driving transistor included each pixel through a reference line and generates sensing data; and a timing control part which changes one of the high voltage and the low voltage of a first and a second scan pulse based on the sensing data.
