PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for restricting the display of a popup screen on a display part when it is assumed that an external device such as printer is less likely to be used by a user.SOLUTION: A screen display time since a popup screen is displayed at a display part until it is deleted by a user operation is equal to or less than a set time is determined (S104), and when the screen display time is equal to or less than the set time (S104: YES), the display of the popup screen is restricted (S106). That is, when the popup screen is deleted immediately after it is displayed at the display part, the display of the popup screen is restricted. When the popup screen is deleted although it is displayed at the display part, it is assumed that the user is not interested in the popup screen. Thus, when it is assumed that an external device is less likely to be used by the user, the display of the popup screen related to the external device can be restricted. |
