PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performances required as a coagulation neutralizer for an alkaline waste generated in a concrete work site where neutralization performance is enhanced by using primary calcium phosphate as a calcium salt and residual phosphorus is suppressed as much as possible even when primary calcium phosphate is used. ! SOLUTION: A coagulation neutralizer for an alkaline waste includes primary calcium phosphate, aluminum sulfate, calcium carbonate, calcium nitrate, a zeolite and an organic coagulant. It is set that: a component weight ratio of primary calcium phosphate and aluminum sulfate is 1: (2.1-15); a component weight ratio of primary calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate is 1: (3.7-14); a component weight ratio of primary calcium phosphate and calcium nitrate is 1: (0.14-2.5); a component weight ratio of primary calcium phosphate and the zeolite is 1: (4.3-25); and a component weight ratio of primary calcium phosphate and the organic coagulant is 1: (0.07-2.5). !
