The objective of the present invention is to provide an electric motor rotor, electric motor, and air conditioner that are able to have increased performance, increased reliability, and reduced cost. The electric motor rotor (20) is provided with: a shaft (1); a rotor magnet (10) provided integrally to the shaft (1) at the periphery of the shaft (1); and a position detection magnet (11) attached to one end in the axial direction of the rotor magnet (10). The rotor magnet (10) has: a pedestal (7) provided to the end surface at the position detection magnet (11) side; and a protrusion (5) provided on the pedestal (7) and to which a molding gate (6) is provided. The position detection magnet (11) has a hole (15) into which the protrusion (5) is inserted. The position detection magnet (11) abuts the pedestal (7), is such that the protrusion (5) is inserted into the hole (15), and the tip of the protrusion (5) is affixed to the rotor magnet (10) by means of welding (welded section (35)).
