<p> The present invention manages an electric power supplier for supplying electric power to a specific electric power apparatus when a plurality of electric power suppliers exist. The present invention is provided with: an information acquisition unit for acquiring identification information about each of one or more load devices; a selection unit for selecting, from among the one or more load devices identified by the identification information, at least one load device to which electric power is supplied; a commencement determination unit for determining that the supply of electric power to the at least one load device selected by the selection unit is commenced; a termination determination unit for determining that the supply of electric power to the at least one load device selected by the selection unit is terminated; and a request transmission unit for transmitting, to the load device for which the supply of electric power is determined to be terminated by the termination determination unit or to a management device, a request in order that a process of determining the amount of electric power consumed during a period in which electric power was supplied to the load device for which the supply of electric power is determined to be terminated, be executed.</p> |
