<p>A cell dynamic patrol system based on aerial photography. The system comprises an unmanned aerial patrol vehicle, a wireless transceiving terminal of a cell dynamic patrol system located in the geographical centre position of a cell, and a monitoring centre. The unmanned aerial patrol vehicle communicates with the wireless transceiving terminal of the cell dynamic patrol system via Wi-Fi. The monitoring centre can arrange a regular or real-time patrol according to an actual usage condition. According to a GPS positioning module and an automatic navigation module of an unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned aerial patrol vehicle can fly according to a preset path along a main road of the cell while keeping a certain height in the case of having no manual intervention, and collect image data via a wide-angle low-light camera. When the light rays are dim, a night light-compensating lamp is turned on. A Wi-Fi sending and receiving module sends the image data collected by the wide-angle low-light camera to the wireless transceiving terminal of the cell dynamic patrol system located in the geographical centre position of a cell and then passes same to the monitoring centre via an optical fibre, so that working personnel can view relevant conditions on a monitoring screen of the monitoring centre.</p> |
