<p>The present invention relates to a cooking instrument having a cutting auxiliary device. The cooking instrument comprises: a cutting housing including a support plate to which a vertical surface and a side surface of a cutting board are fixated, and a base plate for supporting a bottom surface of the cutting board; a guide panel having an inlet hole which is coupled to the cutting housing and into which a front end portion of one side of a cooking knife is inserted, and a plurality of adjustment holes for adjusting the height of the cooking knife; a rotation means in which the front end portion of one side of the cooking knife is inserted and closely fixated and through which a rotating hinge penetrates so as to be roatably coupled to the adjustment hole of the guide panel; an auxiliary member having a connection body unit which is rotatably coupled to an upper surface of the rotation means, and an auxiliary handle which is formed in a side portion of the connection body unit and is coupled to a handle unit of the cooking knife; and a cutting board fixing member for fixating the cutting housing and the other side of the cutting board by a predetermined elastic force. According to the present invention, the cooking instrument is capable of easily cutting food by a fixed size and in a fixed direction using the principle of leverage by fixating knives of various sizes. Moreover, the present invention allows the cutting size of food to be uniform as it is possible to cut a cooking material by a fixed size and in a fixed direction regardless of proficiency by forming gradations on the cutting housing which fixates the cutting board.</p> |
