A solar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a semiconductor substrate including a base area; an emitter area having conductive type opposite to the base area; a first electrode electrically connected to the emitter area; and a second electrode electrically connected to the base area, wherein the second electrode are connected to the base area on both sides of a tunneling layer.
