PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time to get the identification information by visible light communication.SOLUTION: A control section 22 couples the transmission data stored in a storage section 24 before a preamble at a moment in time when the preamble is detected, and the transmission data stored in the storage section 24 after the preamble is detected. Furthermore, the control section 22 decodes the identification information included in the storage section from the data thus coupled. Since the control section 22 decodes the identification information (ID) by using the transmission data received before the preamble is detected, the identification information (ID) can be acquired in the time T0 of substantially 1 frame. As a result, the time to get the identification information by visible light communication can be shortened compared with prior art. |
