PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent electric characteristics and having high wear resistance.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a conductive substrate, and a photosensitive layer formed on the conductive substrate, directly or through an undercoat layer. The photosensitive layer contains at least a charge generating agent, a charge transportation agent, and a binder resin.
