PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an individual taxi crew to quickly determine an area which is optimal for traveling around looking for passengers or the like the next after a customer gets off the vehicle in terms of business efficiency.SOLUTION: A taxi support device 10 acquires search results in a server 31 and map data from a map server 100. The past getting-on position information of a taxi and the date information are associated with each data of the search results. Positions respectively shown by the getting-on position information of the data of the vehicle of all the search results are specified on the map image of the acquired map data. The configuration of a getting-on place identification mark displayed at each position is selected on the basis of fare information and classification information. Then, an image in which the getting-on place identification marks are displayed on a map is displayed on a touch panel display 14.
