PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system suitable for the management or prevention of daily lifestyle diseases by constructing the health management system on the basis of a measurement device capable of easily, safely and highly accurately measuring a visceral fat amount.SOLUTION: A health management system includes: data input means 2 for inputting health management data 1 of a user; data accumulation means 3 for accumulating health management data; and data output means 4 for displaying the health management data 1 accumulated in the data accumulation means 3. The health management data 1 includes a visceral fat area calculated from an electric impedance value and the management date of the visceral fat area, and the data input means 2 additionally inputs the visceral fat area and the management date of the visceral fat area in a pair, and the data output means 4 time-sequentially displays the transition of the visceral fat area. The health management system may also include content creation means 5 for creating a health advice on the basis of the health management data 1. |
