PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestal structure of a photovoltaic power generation device capable of being constructed without earth work with respect to a large uneven building site. ! SOLUTION: The pedestal structure of a photovoltaic power generation device includes: a plurality of columns doubling as piles 2; a plurality of large lumbers 3 fixed to the columns doubling as piles 2 and extending in parallel with each other in plan view; and a plurality of joist materials 4, fixed to an upper side of the plurality of large lumbers 3, perpendicular to the plurality of large lumbers 3 in plan view.
