PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter, a receiver and a transmission method of OFDM system which can deal with a variety of more sophisticated OFDM modulation systems, and can transmit and receive unique control information or additional information of a system designer (manufacturer) or a user. ! SOLUTION: In a transmitter and a receiver of OFDM modulation system where the TMCC(Transmission and Multiplexing Configuration Control) signal containing a synchronization signal and the control information is arranged at a predetermined position of an OFDM frame, the control information of the TMCC signal is differentiated in the even-numbered frame and the odd-numbered frame.
