PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing removal tool in a sheath pipe capable of surely and quickly removing freezing in a sheath pipe regardless of the material of the sheath pipe and also in a screw groove with simple operation. ! SOLUTION: A torque hanging shaft 4 attached/detached to/from a rotation jig on one side in a shaft direction is protrusively provided to a cylindrical support body 2 constituting a freezing removal tool 1. An ice cutting removal body 6 rotating integrally with the torque hanging shaft 4 is protrusively provided on the other side of the shaft direction of the support body 2. The ice cutting removal body 6 comprises a rectangular blade plate 7 forming a cutting blade 8 on its tip side and a screw groove scraping materials 9, 9 provided along the longitudinal edge of the blade plate 7.
