PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication structure of a power transmission mechanism which sufficiently supplies an oil to the power transmission mechanism including a clutch. ! SOLUTION: The invention relates to a lubrication structure 60 of a power transmission mechanism 17 including a clutch 31 which connects and disconnects power transmission between a crank shaft 16 provided at an engine 3 and a transmission mechanism 30. The lubrication structure 60 of the power transmission mechanism 17 includes an oil supply rail 62 which is disposed ranging from a crank chamber S1, which houses the crank shaft 16 and the transmission mechanism 30, to a clutch chamber S3 which is located adjacent to the crank chamber S1 and houses the clutch 31.
